Step 01

Printed just for you

Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. The moment your order lands, your design goes into production and is printed at exactly the size and finish you chose.

Production usually takes around 3–5 business days. It is the part of the wait we are proudest of — it is the reason your roll arrives fresh, colour-balanced and made for your wall alone.

Once it is cured, checked and rolled, it is packed into a flat kraft parcel with a black label band and handed to the carrier.

Step 02

On its way to you

From there it travels — by air freight across oceans and by road for the last stretch. We ship worldwide, and shipping is free on every order.

Delivery after dispatch generally runs 5–10 business days, so most orders arrive roughly 8–15 business days from the day you press buy. Estimates rather than promises: customs, weather and holidays occasionally add a day or two.

Because each piece is made to order, your parcel may set off from one of our specialist production facilities rather than the studio itself. Same artwork, same standards, a shorter journey to your door.

Step 03

At your door

Tracking is sent as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can watch it come to you. Give the carrier a little time to scan the first update — quiet tracking usually just means a parcel in transit, not a lost one.

Do double-check your address at checkout, including apartment or unit number and phone. Production starts quickly, so the sooner we hear about a change the better.

If anything arrives looking less than perfect, photograph the parcel and the print and email us. We will make it right — replacement or refund, no drama.
